Clients must pay a 50% deposit or leave a card on file before your appointment is considered confirmed. This deposit is fully refundable if you cancel or reschedule with at least 2 hours notice. 

Book your appointments thru Square Online Bookings where you will have the option to securely save your credit card details for easier, contactless, future payments. If paying by cash text me directly and you will receive an invoice from Square to pay your deposit online and the balance will be due after the service is completed. Please bring exact change!

NO REFUNDS ON COMPLETED SERVICES

NO OUTSIDE LASH FILLS - If you have lash extensions from another artist, a free removal and full set would be required.

NEW TEMPORARY PROCEDURES:

 

  • Amid the ongoing uncertainty of COVID-19, I have modified the cancellation policy to offer greater flexibility to all clients. I hope this will alleviate any stress and hesitation you have about an upcoming appointment. If you need to reschedule for whatever reason, and especially if you are not feeling well, I understand and request for you to please contact me as soon as possible to reschedule. To further support you, there will be no penalties for cancellations within 2 hours of your appointment. "No shows" and cancellations made less than 2 hours before your appointment may result in a fine of 50% of the service booked. 

 

  • If you are experiencing a fever, cough, or sore throat, please reschedule your appointment for when you are no longer symptomatic. If you have been to a COVID-19 impacted area or have been in close contact with a person infected with COVID-19, please reschedule your appointment for 14 days past the date of contact. 

 

  • In an effort to keep the spa room as sanitary as possible I will not be supplying blankets for services. I have a heated table but if you need extra warmth please bring your own blanket or dress accordingly.   The spa bed is always covered with fresh linens that are changed between each client and the under-covering is wiped with disinfectant. All surfaces in the entryway, spa room and bathroom are also wiped down between clients.

 

  • Facial treatments will be modified for protection and ease of service. All facials will be done on top of the sheets, fully clothed until further notice. A spa wrap will be provided to cover your top half.  I may also be using a Plexiglass shield that can be disinfected between clients but may limit movement. If you experience claustrophobia, please speak up during treatment.

 

  • I am requesting that clients wear face coverings when they arrive for their appointments. If you don’t have one, or forget to bring your own, I will have complimentary re-usable cotton masks available, or disposable ones for a small fee.

  • A Covid-19 waiver will be need to be signed before every appointment. You will receive a link thru text or email 24 hrs before each appointment. Please check and read your messages!

  • Please bring exact change if you are paying in cash.  Venmo, PayPal and Credit/Debit are preferred forms of payment.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email mara@maralevarrebeauty.com within 14 days of purchase to authorize your return or exchange.

 

New, unopened items can be returned within 14 days for exchange or a full refund, minus shipping costs. 

 

Items opened, or used with at least 60% of product remaining, may be returned within 14 days for exchange only, minus shipping costs.

Exceptions: 

Color Street nail polish strips are refundable within 14 days of purchase on unopened items only.

At Home Facial Kits are non-refundable.

 

A credit or refund will be issued to the original credit card used to place the order within 5 business days of return receipt of product. Please allow for up to 2 billing cycles for the credit adjustment to appear on your statement.

No refunds or exchanges on Final Sale products.

No refunds or cash back on purchased gift cards, but they are transferable to your mom, sister, bestie...best man. Men like facials too!

shipping & local pickup policy

Skin Script skincare products will be delivered straight from the supplier. Please allow 24-72 hours to process and ship your order.

 

Once shipped, packages could take up to 10 business days to arrive. If a package has not been received within 10 business days, contact mara@maralevarrebeauty.com so it can be tracked. They will resend a new order and request the original order be returned (at no cost) once it shows up.

 

All other beauty, skincare, and gift cards items will be shipped directly from Mara Levarre Beauty via USPS within 3 days of receiving your order (excluding Sundays or Holidays) You will be notified by email when your order has shipped or if there are any delays in processing.

 

Items are also available for local pickup or curbside delivery during the Covid-19 shutdown : Monday-Saturday 10am-7pm.  Please pre-arrange pickup or delivery by emailing mara@maralevarrebeauty.com or texting 818.281.7407.
